I am a teacher of ecology and wildlife biology at the Post Graduate Department of Zoology of Maulana Azad College (Calcutta University) in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I am particularly interested in the ecology and conservation of wildlife and interested in wildlife photography. Presently I am working on the biodiversity and conservation of migratory birds of West Bengal and avian diversity of Kanha and Bhitarkanika National Parks, India.
