I'm new around these parts, but this ain't my first time at the rodeo.

Everything I make is available right now through the VSA gallery in Brunswick Maine.

That being said, I am loving the flickr community.

I am doing this because it creeps me out that you don't have a profile or any photos. This is a photo-sharing site, take some pictures and share them.

School is in session wherever you go. - fortune cookie

Questions about how I process? I have never taken a class in photography and don't know what an f-stop is or what exposure means. I have photoshop, I clone stuff out, I tweak brightness and contrast, sometimes I filter if I am feeling fancy.

Why is everything in your stream labeled "outsider art" or "art brut"? Because I am a mentally ill person, for real, I have been hospitalized several times. Everything you see here is created by someone who is disabled. I think it is important that you know that mentally ill people like myself can create wonderful beautiful things and that we are not all scary drooling zombies.

I am a sucker for dogs, peacocks, tigers, horses, men with strong jawlines, cool shoes, flowers, cute kitties/bunnies/birdies, knit goods, and colorful images. I love that I can visit all these amazing places and see things I would not normally see in the world though flickr.

I hope you understand that if I have added your photo to my favorites it is because I love the image and want to marry it - not you. I try not to be a creeper/jerk and I hope you'll do the same thing too!

To everyone who posts their photos on flickr - it is an huge thrill and honor for me to be able to walk in and out of your images. No one creates in a vacuum. Your images help inspire me to improve myself and my work.
