Update July 2008: I retired my Kodak P850 to my hubby, who is having fun with it now. Moved to a Nikon D40X in July of 2007, which lasted a year until a few sensors blew. Didn't have that camera in stock anymore so they traded me straight across for a D60 (thanks to the extended warranty!), which has a bit more to offer than the D40X and it's great. Within a week of paying off the D40X, I got the 70-300mm VR lens--which fits the D60 body. It's been FUN learning how to use that lens! So, on to more learning and tons of picture taking. Thanks to all the friends I've found here, I'm learning a lot.

2006: Thanks to a gift from my sister in June, I am now working with a Kodak P850 5.1mp. It's wonderful! Got my first camera (Kodak EasyShare CX7430 4.0MP digital) around April of 2005. While I miss the little camera, this one is so much more fun--and I need to learn so much more.
