Tamara Stephenson is a San Diego native and mother of two school-age children. She is very active in the parent associations of Canyon Crest Academy (San Dieguito Unified High School District), Diegueño Country, Francis Parker and Santa Fe Christian Schools, tying her to the community in a very personal way. In addition to her local contacts, Tamara Stephenson also brings to G1 Real Estate a wealth of diverse business experience. With over 17 years of sales and management experience in retail and customer service industries, she has become intimately familiar with the local city and business community. From acting as Director of Operations for a nation-wide chain of spas (where she managed over 400 employees and achieved sales goals in excess of $25 million) to building and managing her own business, Tamara has gained a business sense that allows her to not only help her team grow as a local market leader, but also to provide a more well-rounded understanding of her client’s needs. Since her entry into the real estate market seven years ago, Tamara has steadily built her reputation upon the referrals of satisfied customers, friends and colleagues. In addition to becoming a Realtor, she also has her broker’s license. Having worked with some of the best and highest producing realtors in Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe, Tamara has found her home with the G1 Real Estate team.
