I'm a huge fan of road trips, highway travel and history.

I'm the kind of person who takes back roads and am happiest when I am free to explore little towns along two lane roads.

I thought I'd post some of my favorite photos along one of my favorite highways--Highway 61.

I'm the author of a new book about the Minnesota stretch of the road called "Tales of the Road-Highway 61" and the host and executive producer of a new public TV documentary by the same name.
