My name is Tabitha(Tab or Tabby) I was born on March 26, 1982 so that would make me almost 29 years old. I have been married to my husband, Ryan for 6 years.

I have been interested in Photography for a very long time. My grandfather is the one who passed the ability down to me and I thank him. He was very into photography and took photos of my brother, cousin and I when we were little. He did a lot of slides and I remember watching them when I was younger.

I started getting serious about Photography in 2005 and took some online classes. I was fortunate enough to be able to let my grandfather see me following in his footsteps before he passed on December 16, 2007. He gave me quite a collection of antiques, some cameras I still use on occasion, and great advice that I will cherish.

My photography started as mostly a hobby but I got into Portraiture when I had the pleasure of taking my cousin's senior portraits. I have since done several weddings and many different portrait sittings. I have been running a very small business since 2006 and hoping that it takes off.

I recently started college at Shawnee State University and am majoring in Fine Arts of Photography and also plan on taking Graphic Design classes. I am currently using the Canon XSi. I have several lenses but my favorite(and new), and the one that is always on my camera is my Canon 50mm 1.4. I plan on upgrading to the Canon 5d Mark II very soon and can't wait!

Aside from photography I enjoy crocheting, sewing, and scrapbooking(paper and digital.) I love photoshop although I still consider myself very amateur. I love looking at photos and learning everything I can about the arts. I also enjoy being with my family and friends, anything outdoors such as fishing, riding bicycles, walking, hiking, etc. I also love board games!
