Synthetics (aka Ben Cook) is an audio-visual artist working with live projections, graphics and music.

An original member of the VJ collective Instructions www.instructions.se since 2003, he has performed at festivals in Stockholm (Pixelvärk), Uppsala (Volt) and Tallin (Festival of Visual Sound) as well as gigs and events around London and Europe.

Most recently he performed visuals with fellow Instructions member and long-term collaborator The Midi Thief (Mikael Wehner) at Volt 2010 for Le Petit Orb (formerly The Orb).
