Attribution must be given by either flickr screenname - synaesthesia or Jamie R. Liu, as well as a link to the original image. Failure to do so will result in (1) notification by e-mail of violation, (2) action in accordance with lack of attribution.

To further define my definition of non-commercial - any organization or individual that does not make revenue in any form (even if you do not turn a profit) or a 501(c)(3) non profits. All others must ask permission. (Added 5/21/2011)

If you use my images under the fair use clause, you should take the time accredit the images. For those who do not and threaten individuals with heavy damages for protesting should be ashamed of themselves for not spending the extra five minutes.

Many individuals including me provide their images for free as a benefit to others and the internet community, and do not ask anything in return. Therefore, I ask that people respect my wishes.
