She is a work-life columnist for O-The Oprah Magazine and a contributor to O's Big Book Of Happiness; she also serves as an Executive in Residence at Babson College's Center for Women's Leadership. Suzy, the mother of four teenage children, is the former editor of Harvard Business Review. She is the coauthor, with her husband, Jack Welch, of the number one bestseller Winning.
