I am a 45 year old, married woman with two grown daughters, who have left the nest and two dog daughters who is still at home.

I live in Palm City , which is located in south Florida. I'm active but not athletic. I love going out on our boat, camping, rodeo, snorkeling, bowling (I suck but I think it's a blast), fairs & festivals, snow skiing (I suck and we obviously don't get to do it very often) holidays and all the activities associated with them... haunted houses for halloween...light displays for Christmas...beer for St. Patty's, etc.

I love to read and will read about anything. My husband has had to build me many new bookcases to hold all my books. He told me, not too long ago, that if I purchased any new books, I'd have to get rid of some of the old ones because we are just flat out of space. Unfortunately, he's right. I always wanted to be one of those people who had really pretty bookshelves, like in magazines, with books, photos, knick-nacks all artfully arranged. Mine start out like that but as time passes books get stacked on top of others, put in sideways, diagonal, whatever works so I can fit in more books.

I love to cook for my friends, family and sometimes strangers. I am a certified executive chef but currently not working in that field.
