I first got into photography after I moved to London a few years ago. It started out as just snapping away at pretty much everything to illustrate my new life to family and friends back in Germany.

My first (and so far only) SLR entered my life in the summer of 2007.

I have developed an inexplicable fascination with gasometers in the last few years and also have a soft spot for tower blocks, but tend to live the latter by lurking round other people's photostreams.
