My name is Stephanie and I own Sugar 'N Spice Patisserie. I am a certified Pastry Chef out of Austin Texas. I graduated from Texas Culinary Academy as a Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Chef in January of 2009. Since then I have been an asst pastry chef at the Mansion on Judges Hill in Austin and worked privately in my home as the owner of Sugar 'N Spice. Pastries are my passion and my specialization is cakes!! I have only continued to get more and more advanced and have hopes of opening as a retail shop in the next few years.
