I am a complete yoga dork. I am a student first and a teacher second. I am extremely passionate about the benefit/rewards of a daily yoga, meditation and pranayama practice. I want to share it with as many people who are willing to listen or curious about the practice yoga and meditation. Luckily I have a supporting and goofy husband who has been in my life for nearly 10 years. I work in the world of home loans/real estate and teach yoga as much as I can. I spend a lot of time in the city but do love our little slice of country. We live south of Atlanta with 6 acres of land and lots of plans for gardening soon! No human children, but several furry four legged ones and a few with scales too. A small family - 3 sisters and 1 brother, 7 nephews and 2 nieces spread out all over the place and I do not see them as often as I would like.

I love fall and spring, vipassana meditation, hiking, reading, attempting to paint things and sew things.
