  "I originally contacted Steve by Flickr-mail, thinking he might be a long-lost Mac maven, but no, he's just one of the most fun photographers on Flickr, combining fine skills that he seems to be improving every day, with a wonderful sense of humor that he shares in his many comments throughout Flickr. Like me, he finds wonders in the flowers and critters in his beautiful back yard and I trust gets the same joy in sharing them as I do.   his photos are extremely good..i have literally wept over some of them..just because they speak so loud..ideas..in depth..in color..the subject..his flowers..birds..insects..(i now will never kill one ever) he captures each one with tender care..and he definately puts a lot of thought into each photo..i feel tenderness in his work..
