sue tortoise's photostream
|

My cameras are an Olympus Camedia C-760 UZ which I've been using since 2004, and an Olympus SP-560UZ newly acquired in March 2008. I joined Flickr at the end of July 07.
For various reasons, I limit my my flickr uploads to about 800x600. I do have higher resolution versions of many of the pictures shown here.
I'm friendly and I have a sense of humour. If you want to know more about me, check out my website. There's also a new blog taking shape at Tortoise Loft - the Blog

rackratchet says:
"For those of us fortunate enough to be familiar with her cheerful, self-deprecating facade, the sheer torrent of Sue's photostream is a slightly frightening glimpse of an inner life far from unconsidered. Note the close observation, wit and generosity but be cautioned that you would not lightly court a telling-off from this strict editrix (invariably constructive, generally on the button, drat it)."

pwmartin says:
"I have only recently discovered Sue's photostream, and very glad I did. I am amazed by both the quanity and quality of her output when it comes to fractals. As a fellow Apophysis artist Sue inspires me to push my art further and expand my concepts. I have thoroughly enjoyed exploring her Fractal sets as, at each page, I find new and interesting wonders. Keep up the excellent work Sue!"

"I don't know sue tortoise but I know sue tortoise is one of those people who wanders around seeing details that most people would never see. She has made me look more closely at my town on more than one occasion. She is also a master of fractals."
