My name is Lara Harris and I am a primarily self-taught artist from Michigan. Originally accepted at the Massachusetts College of Art & Design, I chose to go into teaching instead. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Michigan, and taught for nearly 6 years. I never actually thought I could paint, but picked up a brush in 2006 and have been painting ever since! My work is currently in private collections throughout the US, Canada, Australia,New Zealand, the UK, and Hong Kong.
My work has been featured in Flea Market Style Magazine.
