Streets Alive is a charitable organisation that promotes the street as a social space.


We are based in Bristol and have been supporting residents across the UK to organise their own street parties since 2001.

Street parties are a great part of British culture and have a long history of bringing people together to celebrate.

With our streets now filled with cars and our busier, more disconnected lives, we need to rediscover this simple yet joyful way of building community spirit.

Our aim is to make street parties a widespread and regular feature life in the UK, bringing strength, confidence and vibrancy to all our neighbourhoods.
