We would like to introduce ourselves.
We are Ralph and Mary Ann. We own a business called “Stones That Rock”
We carry all kinds of rough rock, slabs, and cabs.
We live in Arizona, so most of our collection is from the west. I have many kinds of very nice material, including turquoise, variscite and many others.
We just started this about a year and a half ago, and since then our collection has grown by leaps and bounds.
When time permits we try do to some of the local gem and mineral shows, where we sell the slabs and cabs, along with rough rock for very reasonable prices. All my slabs are cut 1/4 “ thick for easy cabbing.
Ralph and I do all our own lapidary work, from slabbing the rough rock, to making free form cabs.
The free form style of cabs are especially appealing to wire wrappers.
As you look though my flickr, you will see the work that we do, and the shapes.
