St Mary's Texas' photostream  

The Office of University Communications handles publicity for St. Mary's University, including news, publications and the public Web site. The office communicates news about St. Mary's to the media and other off-campus constituencies as well as to the internal community. It also assists faculty with media interviews and helps them distribute and develop opinion pieces for commentary sections of local, regional and national newspapers.

Using an integrated marketing plan as a guide to supporting the goals and objectives of the St. Mary's strategic plan, the office also is responsible for communicating the University's Mission and story to new and broader constituencies, for renewing and reinforcing relationships with existing constituencies, and honoring the accomplishments and contributions of our alumni.
