Teaching and Research:
Lawson Health Research Institute is the research institute of St. Joseph’s Health Care, London and London Health Sciences Centre. Lawson is one of the largest hospital-based research institutes in Canada attracting over $55 million in research funding each year. Lawson is recognized internationally for its research and clinical work, spanning the full continuum of human life. At St. Joseph’s Health Care, London, Lawson investigators focus their research on such areas as diabetes, geriatric care, rehabilitation, probiotics and imaging. Advances derived from research are applied directly to patient care and are shared through its regional outreach programs.

St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation:
The foundation assists St. Joseph’s Health Care, London by providing a critical link between care, research, philanthropy and the community. Through donor support, the foundation contributes to research initiatives, equipment, advances in care delivery, and capital funds for hospital building projects.
