  "Kelley was near the front of the line when I realized we were just about to run out of both ribs and brisket. I had only been working here about 3 days, but the reputation for this old school BBQ joint was world wide. I could see her eyes with voracious anticipation, and was hoping she was feeling vegetarian this day.
  
  "Half pound of brisket, beans and a half rack of yer baby backs, puhleez"
  
  I started to shake as if being rittled with bullets from the LAPD after a routine stop.
  
  "We're all out of those ma'am," I said steadfast. "How about try our chicken and a pickle?"
  
  She reached into her trench coat (an interesting choice for the summer) and was reaching for a GUN! She was going to shoot me in the neckmeat and all I had was a cash register and a stapler. But before I could react, she pulled out $12 and handed it to me. Her calm demeanor reacted so naturally to our adverse situation. I was so happy to not only be alive but meet a woman with such an understanding personality.
  
  On my lunch break I sat with her and she told me that she just enjoyed everything we had, and that she'd get our other meat next time. I never did see Kelley again until I was searching for photos on Flickr and came across her photos. She takes the same calm demeanor to her photos and the shots of kids, people and everything reflect the care and calmness she takes with her in everything she does."
