And welcome. You have found the flickr account of Steven Liemberg. Ive posted my showcase stills upon this account to try and find some work. What do you find important in pictures / when is something worth posting?

Well Im always looking for esthetics's in my photos and that is kinda where I work from. I get alot of ideas from the flickr
Interestingness, even though I dont think all of these photos are great I must say the majority of the selections is pretty cool and pretty much the feeling/effect/style/whatever that I'm trying to achieve. I live in the city of Groningen where I can do alot of urban photography like architeture and such. Often you can find me hanging out in parcs just practicing on portrets. Besides that I have a good friend that practices the french sport/art of parcour. He makes an interresting subject as well. In the weekends I often spent my time on the Island Ameland witch is a great place for nature photography and so on. So back to the original question, when is something worth posting? Well, I guess something is worth posting when I think its a good picture to look at.

What is your gear

Currently most of my pictures have been made with a Fujifilm finepix s9600 (a 9MP digital camera with a 28-300mm lens).

But...

Last week I bought a canon eos 450D (AKA rebel xsi). In addition to that I bought a second hand 430ez speedlight. I have a 18-55mm kit lens. But Im saving up for a new one (wide angle I think). I sold my old camera to my dad.

I shoot everything in raw and edit everything in adobe lightroom.
