A 34yr old guy from the North East of England.

I've been interested in photography since I was a young lad, but never anything serious. I used the birth of my baby daughter last year as an excuse to upgrade my EOF 1000FN to a digital version (350D).

I was having such fun with the new camera (and thanks to meeting up with an old friend) that I somehow justified the purchase of my very first bit of "L glass" - a 70-200 1:4 (non-IS. They're for wimps) and then... somehow I also sneaked in the purchase of a 1.4 extender and now I'm a happy (but broke) boy. :)

I've visited Flickr a lot over the years but now I'm photographing everything I see, I figured I needed an account so here I am!
