I'm a total mess! I love the craziest, simplest things and the most amazing people. I'm usually confused and not one for the decision making but I'm learning. Ice cream, cheesecake, hands, clouds, blankets, my chucks, hugs, rainy weather, Coraline and french fries are all a part of my current "top ten favorite things list". In no particular order, of course. I do have a somewhat nerdy side that has been dormant for the past few years... sometimes it's all comic books and video games for me. Until August 2009 I was dividing my time between Pennsylvania and the French Riviera which might sound glamorous but it's not really. I grew up in PA and most of my family is either here or close-by in New Jersey. I lived on the Riviera for almost 4 years and I had a little apartment in Villefranche-sur-Mer and worked in Monaco. It was not so bad. ;) Otherwise, I'm sure I can get under some people's skin (it's a family trait!) but I'm generally pretty happy and silly. I like to laugh...a lot. Laughing at inappropriate times is a special skill that I've honed throughout my life. I'm especially good at that little gem. I love music, including musicals. Yes. I'm one of those. Being outside is so much fun and I like to run around in the mountains. I LOVE to take photos and I hope I'm improving. It would be cool if I could do that for a living... I've got a lot of competition. Working in a jewelry store gave me an unhealthy diamond obsession but I don't own many and I don't ask for them either. I'm pretty down to earth, I know a lot of people say that but it's true. I love to travel and, even after all this time, am still terrified to fly. I've been fortunate enough to travel a bit in France, Italy, Egypt, Belgium and Spain... and I've been bitten by the travel bug. Would love to do it more. I'm kinda tough to pin down sometimes. I like that. My family and friends are awesome... Count my blessings all the time. In my "old" age I'm beginning to realize how short of a time we have here and I want to make the best of it... <3
