I love my family, photography, kayaking, music, traveling and wine.

You may freely download my photos and publish them on your own website etc, if

- my Name as photographer is clearly shown next to the pic or my flickr site is linked (e.g. "photo: Stefan Schmitz" or "photo: www.flickr.com/photos/stefanschmitz "). I prefer the latter version, but it's up to you.

- you will not - by no means - change anything in the photo. No "partials", no "crops", no "cut-outs" or the likes. You show it as it is, or you don't show it at all. You may not copy anything funny into my pics, not change the colors or the contrast etc. My photo: take it or leave it!

IF you want to publish one of my pics for professional use: please contact me - these "Web Pics" are only mid-size @ 72 dpi. Proper versions of 4300*2800 in 300 dpi are available. Even the full scale pics will stay free of charge (as stated in the CC). I do not need to live from photography and I am happy if you like my work enough to use it in a professional environment.
