Yes, a lot of people say that on flickr, but an important distinction, I actually register mine with the copyright office copyright.gov. If you choose to violate my copyright, please be aware that I will seek whatever compensation the courts will allow. Did I mention that I live in the capital of the first state, and that downtown is just thick with both corporate lawyers and intellectual property lawyers ... just sayin'

If you are posting your images online, and they are of any value to you whatsoever, then please register the copyright for them. $35 is not that much to spend to dramatically reinforce your legal rights
