I live in the hourglass of rain. The Pacific Northwest.

Photography. Painting. Video. Music Video. Documentary. Surfing. I do it all. A form of creative cross pollination. I am unable to conceive of boredom.

I use a Nikon D700 for color and event work. Most of the black and white images are shot on 35mm film using a Leica-M-7 rangefinder camera, then developed and printed by hand. I was deep into Kodak Infrared film, until they ceased production forever. The online film images are derived from scanned negatives or scanned prints.

Whatever it is I create, want it to feel alive, to invoke mystery or joy or humor. Or just plain beauty. I want it to remind you that no matter what, this is an amazing world.
