A Standard Girl is wicked smart, genuinely kind, hard working, a good sport, true to her word, well mannered (but not snobby), affectionate, loyal to what's right, brave, and sexy from head to toe inside and out (but we're not giving out free samples). Oh, and she can drive 5 speed. That's key. Make sure you know some in your town. You won't be sorry.

And I'm by no means a photographer. Just a goof with a camera, picked out by the Boy who was on the Geek Squad at Best Buy - pictures for my friends and family near and far away to let them know how the West Coast is doing. I'm a technotard so it's just point and shoot for me right now. Nothing fancy. More fartsy than artsy. But my camera only takes great pictures so it's ok.

UPDATE 2009: My Christmas & Birthday to me was a Nikon D40. Do I know what I'm doing? Nooooooooooo! But I'm learning. And having a great time. Still. LOL.
