We are Stairs to Nowhere,
a band based in Utrecht and Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
After some time playing music like a cat duct-taped to a burning violin, Adieu Delicate Atheist was recorded in 2008. Now you can click that and go have a listen and even download it if you like; it’s free.
In the years after that, many things did not change, while others failed to stay the same. The cat eventually got away and the violin crumbled to dust. But new and unknown things have been known to arise from dust and so they did. For writing and recording of LP#2, we went in deeper than ever and came out higher than before. The first sample of the results was released online on the 17th of february. It's called Diamond Wing EP.
