12-7-2011 - My apologies to anyone who has presumed that the pictures in my photostream are mine or me. I recall having clarified this but that clarification must have been in a prior incarnation of my profile. As this profile clearly states I've been deleted many times in the past.

My thanks to Parkside and Ocean (www.flickr.com/people/parkside_and_ocean/) for pointing out that oversight on my part. Of any or all claims I have ever made, perfection is not one of them. Again, my apologies.

I thought my profile already explained about my photostream and just realized it doesn't so here it is.

Because in the past I had been deleted so often for what I can only presume were the pictures of nude people, I decided to make (or try to make) a statement. The photographs were edited to show as much skin as possible without revealing what would in many or most jurisdictions be considered nudity. A close up of a shaved pubic mound showing a flat canvas of skin can quite easily be mistaken for a close up of a cheek shaved clean of facial hair. Zoom out from either picture and the definition of lines created by shadows, etc create a "nude" body part which much of society then deems inappropriate.

In a jurisdiction where a woman is not allowed to be topless in public, an overweight man or a man suffering from gynecomastia is allowed to be topless in public even if the man were measured and has a cup size significantly larger than that of a woman.

What can I say. I've been deleted more times than I have bothered to keep track of. Not Just my Flickr account but my entire yahoo account I've had for 10 years is gone.

As my name says, I'm what most people call either a nudist or naturist. When I can exist without clothing I do. It's how I was born & raised; it's how I choose to experience the world.

In past accounts, I had posted family oriented nudist photos. I understand that in many areas, especially here in America, a naked child while eliciting joy and amusement from some, strikes fear into the heart of others. As a result, I long ago stopped posting such photos. My most recent account had what were legitimate art nudes. Nothing that the average viewer would find as anything but artistic nudes, even if that viewer was opposed to the public exposition of such.

Although my chosen profession is that of my parents; the law (studying for my bar exam), I am enthralled with the nude human body (should’ve been a photo editor). I find nothing in nature that surpasses the beauty of a nude human. To see a family in their yard, at a resort, on the beach or wherever they choose to be instantly reminds me of my own childhood.

The world is full of bad people with dire problems who will, if given a chance, hurt other people. I am not one of those people. Nudists/naturists as a group do not embody this dark side of humanity.

After much considered thought, I believe that the moderators of Flickr may be intentionally tracking certain people who have, in their omnipotent opinion, violated the Flickr TOS in the past.

No telling what I'll post this time around. I like the social networking aspect of Flickr and the many, many images that are so stunning. I don't want to be deleted anymore.
