Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area brings the story of American agriculture to life at more than 100 sites and attractions in a 37-county region of Northeast Iowa. An Affiliated Area of the National Park Service.
To help preserve this nationally significant story, the Heritage Area hosts the annual Capture the Heart of America Photo Contest, letting visitors share their own unique part of America's agricultural story. Entries Due September 30, 2011.
