I'm a retired law enforcement and transportation officer with a lovely wife and two daughters. We live full time in a motor home, calling home in New Mexico.
I have always been interested in photography, but have never gotten into the technical aspects of it. I use pretty basic equipment and just take pictures if and when something looks interesting, pretty, or unique. I do not especially specialize, but think of myself as a general interest type of photographer.
I have enjoyed viewing the exquisite photos on Flickr that look natural. I'm just not into the artsy, manipulated type of photos. I'm not putting them down, it just is not my particular interest.
I have learned that I certainly have a lot more to learn about photography than I know, but have a lot of fun looking for almost anything to take a picture of.
I use FLICKR as a storage medium for my photos, so most will be of no interest to most, but all are welcome to take a peek and maybe you'll find something that rings yer bell. THANKS
