Sprout & Flourish is the collaborative business of designers Michelle Smith & Regan Wood. Michelle's own line of products have been featured in national press including Real Simple Magazine, designsponge, and decor8 among others. She is the founder of The Rock & Shop Market and indieNC. Regan Wood is the designer behind Are You Decent, a line of nature-inspired jewelry. In 2008, Regan came on board to help Michelle produce The Rock & Shop Market. Through the evolution of marketing their own respective line of products they realized there was a niche for helping similar businesses grow and Sprout & Flourish was created.

Both Michelle and Regan have professional backgrounds in graphic & web design, marketing and promotion.
