I am the King of Hormel SPAM !

I was born in New Jersey, spent 8 years just a town over from Bruce Willis- who shares the same type scar as I have. From there we moved to OHIO where I lived until I finished high school. Since I was young and knew everything, and wanted a way to pay for my college, I joined the US Air Force (at age 16).

I've been married twice. The first was some of the worst years of my life. Stayed in it "because of the kids" but they would have been better off if we had split earlier.
Second marriage was to the love of my life, my "soul mate" but she developed Leukemia and passed away recently.

I love to travel, but don't get to go as much as I would like.
Places I've been; 43 of the United States (including most of a year in Alaska), Russia (twice), Japan, Canada, Mexico, and brief stops in Germany and Belguim.

I can't talk much about my current job, but spent several years building the Space Shuttles and the Space Station for NASA. I also got to talk to and train the astronauts and cosmonauts that were using our equipment.

I have two college degrees- one in Electrical Engineering and one in Computer Science. I am a gEEk. I love to tinker with electronics, robotics and other geeky computer stuff. I also enjoy woodworking and have been setting up a workshop. I have built and remodeled houses along with decks, porches, and other projects.

I have a 10 year old Golden Retriever who is my buddy.
