I run an Etsy shop (you can find me at www.whiterabbitthreads.co.uk for ease) & I'm saving all my Etsy profits up for my final year collection so I'm working hard & I update as often as possible.

I love handsewing, I always have, I remember being a wee girl and sewing Barbie wedding dresses out of tissues!
I then went on to study Art and was forever finding some way of making my Art more 'crafty' than fancy, shmancy artsy...and then I discovered fashion design.
The first course I took was fantastic, it gave me such a great practical base in sewing, pattern cutting and surface decoration and this is where my love for making cute, crafty items really became apparent.
Now approaching my final year of my degree, I plan on having a strong handsewn, handmade, craft influence in my collection. I think the real craft of lovingly making something by hand is lost in this generation of fashion designers and I would love to bring it back.
