Sova is proud to serve the distinctive and award winning coffees of Intelligentsia Coffee Roasters. Intelligentsia is one of the countries most respected and highly acclaimed coffee roasters. They purchase their green coffee from either the worlds most renowned importers or directly from the growers themselves. They've established working relationships with hundreds of coffee farmers from around the world, and only work with the farmers who maintain the highest standards in quality. They also try working with as many farmers possible who are environmentally and socially responsible.

We at Sova further distinguish these great coffees by cupping them before before we give them to you.

We hope you enjoy these coffees as much as we do.


Tea

We at Sova are honored to serve you some of the finest loose leaf teas available anywhere. We have chosen to serve teas provided by the multi award winning Rishi Tea company. Rishi Tea has won a number of awards over the years, most notably at the World Tea Expo, which is the largest tea only conference in the world. Rishi Tea works with only the most skilled artisans who have generations of tea making experience to maintain consistently top quality teas. There are no middlemen. They have direct relationships with all the tea growers themselves.

We're proud to serve these to you, and hope you enjoy them as well.


Wine

Sova seeks to offer the highest levels of quality in all our products. And when it comes to our wines, quality doesn't have to mean expensive. Nor does it have to convey exclusivity or snobbery. Our goal is to offer a broad and diverse selection of value oriented wines by the glass from all of the traditional wine growing regions, but we also want to offer wines from some of the non-traditional wine growing regions, to include smaller and unique wineries close and far.

In the end, if we don't like it, we won't serve it to you. If you don't like it, we won't continue serving it. It's that simple.
