My name is Hassan, and I am a doctor working in the north east of England (previously studying in the beautiful south west of England). I am relatively new to photography and coming to celebrate the 3rd year of this adventure this xmas 2011.

I've just recently upgraded my humble Nikon D40 to the mammoth D7000. It's quite a daunting amateur / semi-pro camera. I hope you'd bear with me as I find my feet with all the new exciting features of this amazing camera.

To me photography is something more than a pleasantry to the eye. It means you get to see new worlds, meet new people and explore new cultures. It is something that makes me happy; isn't that what we all seek?
My current kit:
Nikon D7000 with 18-55 VR kit lens.

Nikon 50 mm, F1.4 AF-S
Hama Tripod
