10 Things to come closer to serenity:

10. People come into your life for reason and leave just the same. Don't force the issues and don't try to find people that leave your life. If they were meant to be back in your life they will.

9. If you want to look good, then stop thinking about it and go hit the gym, where there's a will there's a way, no excuses. Excercise is the strongest form of an Anit-Depressant

8. Speak out loud, be opinionated, but professionally and with regards to those that surround you. Do not keep in your opinions you do deserve to be heard.

7. Have faith in yourself.

5. Challenge yourself. That which is desired and accomplished strengthens your confidence and your inner soul.
