"Bernardo uses his face as much as his camera and eyes. He is an actor in front of it as much as a craftsman behind it. His portraits of others and life give hints of a wisdom beyond his youth, and his vision is much clearer and defined than others much older. I have never found anything in his shots that seem out of place or arbitrary. A definite genius-to-be!"
