I'm an amateur photographer using a Nikon D50. I have always been interested in photography but hadn't had a chance to explore it until the past several years after I got my camera as a graduation present. I have a passion for the outdoors and photographing unusual plants or wildlife. I particularly enjoy photographing subjects using available light however bright or dim, just to present the subjects as they actually appear. (In other words, I'm not particularly good at flash photography yet :o ). I do think that the contrast and color saturation that you can get using natural light makes the images that much more vibrant and requires less manipulation during postprocessing.

I have always been interested in cars, particularly older models. Always had a soft spot in my heart for Mustangs, so don't be surprised if I take a few shots of my own and others as I come across them. I've also been a musician for more than half my life, and I look forward to taking photographs relating to this passion. I've been rather lazy about it so far...
