Desmond is my closest cousin, and we grew up together in the hey days of childhood.
His photographic skills speak for themselves and it's only been less than half a year since he took it up seriously. I never knew I would infect him with my enthusiam with photography when I was visiting him in Melbourne last year and in retrospect, it was good that I did infect him - now I have a photo buddy in the family.
I like the little snippets of reflections and stories he gives to every photo. It reveals a deep beauty of knowledge within himself and his surroundings and they bring a touch of humility and nostalgia to his pictures.
