Solutions for Change is a San Diego leader in developing communitywide initiatives and implementing programs that solve family homelessness. Established in 1999, Solutions for Change is a social cause innovator that engages both homeless families and community stakeholders from every community sector around a model and plan to achieve one outcome: solve family homelessness. Success is defined not by how many meals are provided or by how many shelter beds are filled, but by how many families are equipped with the skills, knowledge and resources needed to solve homelessness, permanently. Using their award winning Solutions University model, over 1000 children in 542 families have ended their homelessness. Solutions for Change is not just a name, but a promise to every homeless child in San Diego.
