I have to say that i am never fond of writing about myself. Probably why I have not since now, July 2011. What i love about photography is it gives me yet another perspective to see the world and to see what others see.. it is like looking though their eyes for that brief moment captured in time. ( I love love love looking at others photos . )
I am FAR from a pro and much more of an amateur. The last time i took a photo class was back in high school . ;) we won't say when that was... ok.. it was in the late 80's. :)
How I approach taking pictures is probably best described in the testimonials below. This rings very true...."In the work of Texym11 I always find a great "sense". she communicates her emotions through the compositions that are very immediate. she doesn't "build"imagine but shows everything in an energetic light."from Nomade and "Cheryl has two types of photos creative artistic photos and photos that tell you about Cheryl and what is happening in her life." Most of my photos are about emotion. And i love to just experiment , create and learn. Always learning. When i walk around w/ a camera it gives me the opportunity to capture something that has moved me, or caught my attention....

I have only just come back to flickr since 08 and have been focused more on my kitty Tre. He gives me laughs and so much light .. however, i don't doubt that as my life changes once again , i will be taking more of a variety of photos. :)))

... I welcome all comments and critiques . I don't get offended at all. Most of all i love seeing YOUR point of view. in your work. :). and i don't mean POV the tech term. ;) I am sure i will change this in the coming weeks, months etc.. but for now that is a bit about me.. ok some more tidbits~
