About the Sno-Isle 20 for 2.0 Project:

Sno-Isle 20 for 2.0 is designed to guide Sno-Isle staff through a program of web 2.0 tools, such as flickr, delicious, and others. The program is self-paced and intended to familiarize staff with web 2.0 tools to facilitate excellent customer service.

The Sno-Isle 20 for 2.0 program is modeled after the Learning 2.0 program developed by Helene Blowers of the Public Libraries of Charlotte Mecklenberg County. The SIL 20 for 2.0 Team wish to thank Helene for sharing this program with the library community worldwide. Our program was built upon not only the PLCMC program but those of King County Library System, Skokie Public Library, as well. Without the help of these libraries, we would have no program.
