The Fruit
On the outside
Like a purple ball.
On the inside
The opposite of it all.

It was like a juicy explosion
When I took a bite.
It had a sweet, powerful taste
Like candy in the middle of the night.

That wonderful fruit
Should never be wasted.
That grape was so good
The moment it was tasted.
