  "Brian Siskind is a voracious photographer, chronicling the physical environment and the human condition. His informal portraits of the people around him transmit an honest, open reflection of each person along with a sense of the motion of everyday life. In his homage to Aaron Siskind (no relation), Brian pays tribute in a way that makes the project his own by taking Siskind's black and white abstract sensibilities into the full colour spectrum. A chance encounter with the Rothko exhibit at the Tate Modern inspired Brian to find Rothko-esque images at the tennis court near his home, producing a surprising fusion of Siskind/Rothko. Don't just enjoy the images - keep an eye out for the quirky titles that echo the musical temperament behind the camera."
