Independent artist, documentarian, and new media journalist Ryn Shane-Armstrong is currently living in Shanghai, China, where he teaches English, eats jiaozi, and spends as much time as he can with Xu Yan, his lovely girlfriend, co-traveler, confidant, and sometimes cultural emissary. Together they produce SinoVlog.com, a personal video blog from the streets of new China, or as it says on the website, "China through the lens of an American camera."
