Hi! I'm Lai. I'm from the Philippines.

I'm a Certified Public Accountant by profession. A photography enthusiast by hobby. :)

I fell in love with photography when I first got hold of my DSLR in May 2009. I named it Leila and it's a Canon EOS 450D.

Photography, so far, is my way of seeing the world and appreciating all the beauty in it. I'm completely self-taught and still learning my way through the technicalities of photography, but I'd like to think of it as a wonderful journey.

I like capturing the simple everyday things. I always think that the simplest of things are the things that draw us back to life.

I hope, through my flickr, I can track my progress in photography and learn from others' eyes as well.
