Hello!

Most of my pictures are taken on travels around the place, either for work, holidays or mullet-hunting.

I'm rubbish at taking "capture the moment" or people shots, but I love nice architecture and scenery - so it's mostly landscapes or buildings. I also really like contrasts between light and dark at sunset but usually end up making a hash of such shots - so I end up with quite a few cool shadowy silhouette pictures by accident.

Although I've been lucky enough to visit lots of places around the world, I've only had a digital camera for a few years - first an Olympus, which died a while ago, and for the last couple of years a Sony DSC W50.

I never muck about with my photos electronically once they've been taken - no photoshop, colour alteration or anything like that, because I believe it makes it more than photography. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but I only do photos in here, not digital art.

I'm always happy for constructive feedback - if you think I could have done a shot better, please tell me. I enjoy learning from helpful comments.
