I've been making landscape, architecture and travel photographs since the late 1990s. I try to capture the feel of a place whilst creating bold and interesting compositions. Light, texture, form and colour are what draws my eye - you won't see many people in my images! I started out using film and a manual SLR and have gradually made the move to digital since 2007 (although my manual lenses still have pride of place in my camera bag).

I sell certain images for publication via Alamy - search my images at Alamy. And can produce high quality fine art prints on request.

I also use Flickr to share personal photographs ("snaps") as well as photography associated with my work in design research.

Many of the images here have been reduced in size. This is, in part, to reduce upload times but also to discourage unauthorised use of my images (I worked hard for many of them, so please don't use them without asking...).
